Pet Policy

What we said is true...All breeds, all sizes, all welcome, however with freedom comes responsibility. We have several major policies that must be adhered to at all times. These policies are to protect the animal, the property, and your wellbeing.

Please see the lease for exact clauses and conditions for our policies.

Pet "fees"

We will be collecting a fee on a monthly basis at the rate of $25 for first pet per month and $10 per pet per month thereafter. However if there is no damage at the end of your lease, your fee is RETURNED to you. If there is any damage, we will deduct the cost to repair from the fees paid and return what is left to you. If the damage exceeds your fees paid, you will be billed accordingly. The itemized damage costs are outlined in the leasing paperwork.

Property Responsibility

Residents are responsible for taking care of the property while inhabiting it. Animals require frequent cleanup and general cleaning for a variety of reasons. Cleaning is taken very seriously and condition of the property is inspected on a consistent basis. If resident fails to keep property in proper cleanly condition, resident will be notified for breach of lease and action taken to remedy.

Please pick up after your pets outside to keep the neighborhood and property clean.

3

Pet Owner Responsibility

Residents are also responsible for taking proper care of their animals. If neglect or harm is found, the lease will be void and residents will be forcibly removed without exception.

4
