Volcan Capital was founded in 2017 with a simple goal: build a modern way to invest in real estate.

We started by acquiring and managing properties in Easton, Pennsylvania, and quickly expanded into Allentown and out-of-state markets. Along the way, we scaled to over $10M in apartments under management (92+ units) and more than $5M in equity raised—gaining firsthand experience in what it really takes to grow as an investor.
