We've been there firsthand dealing with late-night "emergency" calls, sewer backups, tenant arrests, and bug infestations, and let me tell you, it's a lot of work. What is a "syndication"?

General partners (GP) - Us
Limited partners (LP) - You
The GP team (us) handles all aspects of the real estate investment. The GP manages all the day-to-day operations on your behalf so that you don't have to. The LPs (you) bring the capital to the deal, it is their only responsibility. Investors make money in two ways: ongoing distributions (cashflow) and profit at the sale and/or refinance.
